The largest aerospace student team in Greece
Few words about our team
Aristotle Space & Aeronautics Team (ASAT) was founded in November 2015, as the first aerospace student team of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece. The team's main scope is contributing to making the field of aerospace known within the Greek academic community, as well as the general public. We aim to accomplish that by building cutting edge technology in the fields of rocketry and aeronautics.
Today, ASAT conducts research through 2 multidisciplinary departments, Aeronautics and Rocketry, that develop innovative R&D projects in these fields, while also taking part in worldwide competitions. ASAT proudly holds a place amongst the top 10 student teams in Europe at both fields, ranked 9th in Aeronautics and 7th in Rocketry at the latest competitions.
